Clarifying Gel Facial Cleanser

Our Clarifying Gel Cleanser is a limited ingredient conditioning cleanser with naturally sourced hydroxy acids mild enough to be used daily without stripping or drying the skin. Rinses clean leaving your skin soft and smooth and ready for the day.

Easy to use with enough body to be poured and held in the cup of your hand or stay put on a body sponge/loofah long enough to be applied to the face and neck. With regular use, your complexion will smooth and even out.

Very mildly scented, both from the natural scent of the extracts and the added fragrance (pure essential oil).

*Light to dark amber color variation is a result of the extracts and natural salicylic acid. The color will shift over time and become deeper and does not affect quality or performance.

*Unfussed Skincare always uses Fragrance components according to IFRA standards. As with all products containing fragrance, care should be taken if you are sensitive, pregnant, nursing, or have medical conditions where they may be contraindicated. Avoid use or consult your medical practitioner prior to use.

This product is not intended for use by children or pets.

• Apply to damp skin with a circular motion. Avoid getting in eyes. Not intended to clean lips. 
• For assisted physical exfoliation, use a textured cloth during cleansing or when drying.
• Rinse well with warm water.
• Follow with a toner, if used, then apply treatments, serums, and moisturizer as usual.
• Once daily cleansing is perfectly fine with this product (as it is with most cleansers). Do what works for you. 

If you are new to using alpha and beta hydroxy acids (AHA/BHA) in a face product, please note that you may experience redness and slight tingling, even with our naturally sourced ingredients. This should be temporary.

Start by using one AHA/BHA product at a time, using it every other day for a week, before using daily or as directed. Consult your skincare professional before adding another chemical exfoliant product to your routine.

If redness or tingling persists or worsens, discontinue use immediately.

Even with naturally sourced hydroxy acids, sun exposure protocols should be followed.

Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
